Motion Sensor

The new PowerBooks have a sensor in them that can detect if there's a sudden change in movement, such as a fall from a table or something similar. The sensor will automatically park the hard drive's heads, so that they do not "crash" into the platter of the drive.

Recently, some people have figured out how to use the motion sensor as a sort of mouse or keyboard-like control, and have a bunch of interesting hacks. Next track in iTunes? Drop the right-hand part of the PowerBook. Previous track? Drop the left-hand part. Etcetera.
