Menu Extras

Menu extras are those little icon menus you see up to the right in the menu bar. The options to enable them are spread out among the System Preferences.

Finding all the Menu Extras
In the folder /System/Library/CoreServices/Menu Extras/, you can find all the menu extras in system. Double-click one to enable it.

Re-ordering/Removing Menu Extras
Hold down the Command key and drag the menu extra. Dragging it off the menu bar makes it disappear in a puff of smoke.
