HP iPod

The HP iPod is exactly the same as the Apple iPod, except for the skin. It still shows an Apple logo on boot, still uses Apple's firmware, etc. In fact, if you go to HP's iPod driver downloads site, you get redirected to a special page at apple.com.

The HP iPod has the "hp invent" logo on the back, despite the fact that on the iPod, HP hasn't invented a thing. They've just licensed it, and come up with their "tattoo" thing.
On the note of the tattoos, Carly Fiorina no longer works at HP. HMM.
As of July 29, 2005, HP has stopped selling their branded version of the iPod.
