Bits on Wheels
Fast and only native Mac OSX Bittorrent client. It has a couple of options and some nice eyecandy, but is still in developmental stages.
Azureus
You might know this from Windows. It's a very much configurable client and can be customized even more by downloading plugins. It does go heavy on your CPU.
Tomato Torrent
Tomato is a very simple, nice looking client. If you don't want to configure very much, this is a good choice.
Bittorrent
The official client: very simple, but looks nice and works fast.
BitTornado
BitTornado is a simple client based on the official BitTorrent client. Its command-line scripts use fewer resources than many other Mac BitTorrent clients; when combined with the screen utility, BitTornado can be a quite effective BitTorrent client.
Transmission
Transmission is a client written from scratch in C that aims to be as efficient as possible. *** Caveat: Transmission is banned from few private trackers due to a 'feature' that hammers the trackers and messes up the ratio. [1]. ***
